generate an automatic confirmation and response via email,

product shipment. Such changes are intended to cope with
situations including, but not limited to, corrections to errors,

Purchase

Government and authorized Educational Institutes only.

County, Iowa, and the rights and obligations of the

hitech-solutions.com' s costs related to the collection of any sum due,
including overhead allocated to employee efforts and legal fees
and expenses incurred.

beyond the original customer.

We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express credit cards.

Please note that we will only
accept credit cards issued by a bank or other financial
institution from within the U.S. with verifiable references. All
transactions are subject to verification for safety and security
purposes.

Payment can also made via Wire
Transfer, Cashier's Check or Money Order.

Payment will be made promptly
according to the terms shown on the invoice. All amount not paid
within these terms will be subject to a late charge of .08% per
day.
Sales Taxes
Hitech-Solutions.com will automatically charge and withhold the applicable
sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within
Iowa. Each customer will be solely responsible for all sales
taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Purchase, Price & Sale

The Party whose name appears
after the heading "Bill To:" when purchasing online is a
("Buyer") hereby orders from Hitech-Solutions.com ("Seller"), the product(s) listed on the order invoice. Seller agrees to sell
the product(s) upon the terms and subject to the conditions
contained in this document. Buyer will be deemed to have agreed
to all terms and conditions contained in this document when
placing an order with www.hitech-solutions.com

Prices do not include, shipping,
handling, value-add or applicable sales tax. Buyer will pay the
total purchase price including, but not limited to applicable
shipping, handling, value-add and any sales tax levied on or
measured by such product price, or arising from the use of such
purchased products.

Prices are good for five (5) days
from date of order or purchase.

Prices cannot be negotiated after
order has been submitted.

Pricing and availability of
products are subject to change without notice.
Typographical Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to typographical error or error in pricing or
product information received from our suppliers,
Hitech-Solutions.com will
have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product
listed at the incorrect price. Hitech-Solutions.com will have the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,
Hitech-Solutions.com will immediately issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the charge.
Shipping
Policy

To ensure prompt processing of
your order please provide accurate information including
Cardholder name and billing and shipping address/s.

Irrespective of the shipping
method selected, orders are shipped only after credit approval.
Credit is approved when all relevant information is validated by
Customers credit card issuing bank.

A $10.00 fee will be charged
should customers initiate any change of shipping information
after products have been shipped. This charge will apply to
address correction or re-routing of shipment by customer after
shipment by Hitech-Solutions.com.

Orders placed on Friday after 1pm
PST will be processed the following Monday.

We are closed on all Public
Holidays.

Hitech-Solutions.com does not take
responsibility for delayed arrivals on packages shipped to rural
areas or for delayed arrivals due to closed or delayed airport
activity.

We do not currently ship to -
o International destinations.
o Hotels / Motels
o Freight Forwarders
o Trade Shows / Conventions / Conferences

Shipping and Insurance charges
are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Inspection
-
Buyer will inspect the product(s)
at delivery and will notify Seller of any defects or
discrepancies in the products as delivered within
Twenty-Four(24) hours of delivery.
-
Acceptance of all returns are
subject to our Inspection.
-
We will not accept
any unauthorized returns and items that have been physically
damaged or misused. Over clocking or improper installation of
CPU fans will cause CPUs to chip or burn. All CPUs that are
chipped, burnt or have bent pins (bent pins reported to us
within 24hours of receipt exempt) are considered physically
damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund and if
sent as such, it will be returned to you as per our Terms and
Conditions.

Without such notification, Buyer
will be deemed to have accepted the product(s) as delivered.
Product
Warranty
-
Products found Defective On
Arrival (DOA) within 30 days from the invoice date may be
returned for replacement, freight prepaid by Buyer.
-
Seller reserves the right to
replace defective parts with equivalent parts, new or
re-conditioned, as Seller deems necessary.
-
Products that are found defective
after thirty (30) days, will be covered by manufacturers
warranty.
-
Defective CPU and memory products
are to be returned within 15 days from the invoice date and are
eligible for exchange only.
-
Credits or refunds will not be
given for CPU, Memory, Software, Custom Systems, Special Orders,
Discontinued products, End of life products. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-
Products that have been subjected
to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect or unauthorized repair,
installation, additions, improvements, attachment will be deemed
to be a waiver of product warranty by Buyer and will render his
product warranty null and void.
-
Shipping, handling, insurance,
service/finance charges and testing fees are not refundable.
-
Seller will return such out of
warranty products to Buyer at Buyer's expense.
-
Repaired or replacement products
will be returned to Buyer via Ground Service within the 48
contiguous United States, freight prepaid by Seller.
-
Any additional charge as a result of upgrading shipping method
per Buyer's request will be borne by Buyer.
SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
OF MERCHANTABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR
INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF
PROFIT OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, AND IN NO EVENT WILL
SELLER'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S).
Returns
Hitech-Solutions.com will not accept any return/s for products unless
covered by written authorization issued by Hitech-Solutions.com For

Cancellation, Unauthorized Returns, & Refuse Shipments

Request for cancellation of an
order must be submitted in writing to
service@Hitech-Solutions.com

An order cannot be cancelled
after it has been shipped. Orders prepared for shipping and
ready for pick up are considered as shipped.

If Buyer purports to cancel his
order, wrongfully refuse to accept the product(s), or return
product(s) without authorization, Buyer will pay to Seller, as
liquidated damages and in lieu of the enforcement of this
contract, a sum equal to 20% of the sales price, plus any
shipping and handling charges incurred.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if
Buyer attempts to return the product(s) without authorization,
Seller may, at its discretion, refuse to accept the returns and
pursue its remedies hereunder and under applicable law, which
will include, for example, the right to file a legal action
against Buyer for the full purchase price and any incidental
damages suffered by the Seller.

terms and conditions at any time by updating the

site. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms
hereof and by any such revisions.

entire and final understanding of Buyer and Seller pertaining to

to make representations, warranties or promises that are not
contained in this document. The failure of either party to
enforce at any time or for any period of time the terms of this

If a court of competent
jurisdiction holds any term contained in this document invalid,
such holding will not affect the validity of any other term.
This document and all questions of interpretation, performance,
enforcement and the rights and remedies of the parties hereunder
will be determined in accordance with the laws of the State of
Iowa, USA. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or
related to this document or the transaction described herein
will be brought and maintained in state court in Des Moines,
Iowa or in the Federal District Court for the District of Iowa, and the parties consent to the
jurisdiction of these courts. Either party may bring no action,
regardless of form, arising out of or related to the transaction
described in this document, more than one year after the cause
of action arises.
Alterations Modifications and Attachments
Any alterations, additions, improvements or attachments to the
product(s) not authorized will be solely at the customer's own
expense and risk if operation of the product(s) is affected in any
way by alterations, improvements, modifications or installation.
The warranty will be considered waived by the customer and
Hitech-Solutions.com will have no further obligation to the customer.
